What Do We Cover In Our Drug Awareness Workshops?

Our engaging and interactive workshops help young people understand the real risks of recreational drugs and support them in making informed choices. Through honest discussion, real-life stories and powerful visuals, the session encourages open conversations about a topic that can often feel difficult to talk about.

Participants learn about the effects and dangers of common recreational drugs, hear perspectives from a range of people, emergency services and the police, and take part in an interactive activity demonstrating how drug use can be like playing Russian roulette.

The workshop with Billy’s Story a powerful 3-minute animated film telling what happened the night Billy took MDMA, and the devastating impact it had on his family and friends.
